How far in advance can I reserve an inflatable?
Peak season is from May to September and we recommend booking a couple months in advance, but you can make a reservation up to 6 months in advance.
What is the youngest age that can jump in a bouncer?
The minimum age is 2 yrs old and up.
What is the weight limit?
250 lbs per person or 7 kids per turn.
How soon do we pay for the reservation?
We require a 10% deposit while booking the reservation and then the balance is collected during set up.


How long do I receive the inflatable?
Depending on your start time, we try to guarantee a 6 hour rental.
How does your scheduled delivery process work?
All bounce house deliveries are made according to a route that is established in advance and is created specific to each day of deliveries. Therefore, it is essential that you provide us with both the start time AND end time of your event and notify us promptly if there are any changes to either time. You may need to be available as early as 8 AM for delivery. SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIME WILL BE PROVIDED CLOSER TO YOUR RENTAL DATE!
Do you have any delivery restrictions?
We no longer deliver to EAST Portland, West Linn, Wilsonville, or Tualatin, and we are no longer able to accept reservations at apartment complexes, trailer parks, or campgrounds. This change in our policy is due to huge insurance spikes and parking limitations when delivering to these locations. We are sorry for the inconvenience and please contact us with any questions.
What does it mean to be a route-based business?
As a small business based in Hillsboro, Oregon, we have to work around our limited resources. We often have customers ask us about renting bounce houses in Portland’s Eastern suburbs and even up in Washington. With a large, and rapidly growing, customer base, it becomes less and less feasible to include drop off and pick up points further away. Each night, we set our routes for the following day depending on party start times, locations, and end times. With the majority of our customer base being located in the West metro area, it becomes too time-consuming to travel to the far East metro or Vancouver to do a drop-off and later a pickup. It bottlenecks us in our ability to serve our other customers, and we pride ourselves on giving each of our customers a great experience. We never want to lose touch with our customers, and we especially never want to leave any of them with a poor rental experience. In addition to the delivery range limitations we have, we are often also asked by our customers to provide exact delivery and pick up times. Due to the nature of being a route-based business, and dealing with traffic, conversations with parents, equipment setup, and of course dealing with the day-to-day tasks involved in running a business, we cannot often provide an exact delivery or pick-up time in most circumstances. The advantage of us running our business this way is that you will end up getting your inflatable bounce house much longer than the average 4-hour time slot our competition provides. What we can promise you is, we will get you your bounce house rental before your party starts, and we will pick it up after your party ends. If you have specific time restraints, please let us know this, and we will do our best to work with you. With all that said, we limit our delivery range to be fair to our customers and to maintain a high level of customer service. At some point in the future, as our company grows, we very well might expand our range and be able to offer more rigid timing for pick up and delivery. Please understand that we work hard to provide the best service we can offer to as many people as we possibly can, and at this point, that requires us to limit our offerings to some degree.
